Capacity notes

Caps run from about 20 to 150 by site, set by how many chairs the site takes. Some sites are standing only.

Commercial photography

The ceremony packet does not address whether a paid photographer working without a ceremony needs a separate permit. Unknown.

Lead time

Bookings open up to a year ahead, first come first served.

Prohibited

Candles, barbecues and propane stoves; stakes, nails or screws longer than six inches; balloon, bird and butterfly releases; confetti; rice; overnight storage of equipment.

Alcohol

Not permitted.

Amplified music

Not permitted under the ceremony reservation. A separate sound permit is required.

Parking

The Live Oak Parking Program requires a permit at some of these sites from May through September, weekends and holidays, 11am to 5pm.

$75.00 per hour for county residents, $82.50 per hour for non-residents, two-hour minimum.
