All amplified sound must be off or moved inside by 10pm. Vendors get access to the property at 1pm and clients at 2pm.

Parking

Only 10 vehicles can be accommodated on site, including vendors. Additional vehicles carry a parking fee. Shuttles are required and ride-share services are not allowed.

A full ceremony and reception can be booked any day, any season. The ceremony-only package runs Monday to Thursday in a four-hour window.

Pricing

The site fee is not published. A 25% deposit reserves the date and payments are non-refundable, with the balance due at six months, three months and 30 days. A $1,500 security deposit is due before check-in and is returned within seven business days; it is forfeited for damage or a noise violation. The site fee excludes tax, cleaning, garbage, rentals and parking.
